Shipping & Returns
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 6 PM PST will begin processing the next day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 3 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
Domestic orders ship USPS. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking.
We do not ship internationally for now but stay tuned...

Exchanges and Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for exchanges:
Online orders may be returned for store credit only. We are unable to offer refunds.
First email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return merchandise authorization RMA number. No exchange will be accepted without an RMA and prior authorization. Please note that any merchandise bought using a promotional code or during a sale is final sale and cannot be exchanged. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns sent after this time will not be honored. We will issue you a store credit in the amount of your original purchase to use for any merchandise on our website.
The kit must be in its original condition with the original packaging and not assembled. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within 15 business days.
Damages and missing components
If you receive a kit that is damaged or missing components or having incorrect components, please notify us via email at email@example.com within seven (7) business days of receiving the merchandise and we will work with you to quickly solve the issue.
